Pilates is a system of exercise created by Joseph Pilates in the late 1800’s to early 1900’s. Mat work and apparatus work are designed to uniformly develop the muscles in a balanced way to promote stability of joints, alignment and proper body mechanics in movement. Through mindful movement, you will gain core strength, flexibility, agility and better posture.


Pilates Sessions: Private or Semi-Private?

Pilates is for everyone. If you are new to Pilates, have an injury or want to focus on individual needs during your workout, private sessions are recommended. If you are familiar with Pilates, semi-private classes (2-3 participants) are available. Bring your own partner or we can pair one for you. Please call or email to schedule today!
