You will have 60 minutes of one on one attention with each of your clients, never more than 7 clients in a full time day with built in documentation / preparation time between every client encounter. We are a team that values high collaboration, continuous learning, and an unwavering commitment to our clients. Every week we meet as a team for an in-service. In addition, we offer direct one on one mentorship with senior staff and an extremely generous continuing education reimbursement package.
